When you purchase goods from our Site, the goods will be delivered through one of the following methods:
Digital goods (ebooks and audiobooks) are delivered instantly by an email from BookFunnel. After checkout, you will receive a confirmation email, and then a second, separate email from firstname.lastname@example.org that has your book download link. If you have trouble accessing your book, please reply to that email to email@example.com and their technical team will assist you.
PLEASE NOTE: Digital goods will be sent to the email address on record with Shopify that you entered at checkout. Please check this email address, as well as your spam folder if you do not receive the BookFunnel email within 10 minutes. If you have Gmail, the email might be in your Promotions folder.
If you have not received the email from BookFunnel within 10 minutes, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
For digital goods that require purchase (i.e. are not free), you are required to provide us a complete and accurate billing address.
For goods packaged and shipped by Jessica (art prints, print books, and bookmarks), items are ordered from various suppliers (IngramSpark, Bookvault, Vistaprint, Mixam, StickerMule, among others). Items are then stored, packaged, and shipped by Jessica via the shipping method you chose at checkout.
Clothing and apparel is printed via a third party partner (Printful, Printify, or Inkthreadable, depending on the item) at the time of your order, and then packaged and shipped directly from them. You will receive a separate tracking number for these items if you ordered them with other goods shipped via another method.
For all physical goods, regardless of the party fulfilling the order, you are required to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient. We are not liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or wrong person as a result of you providing us with inaccurate or incomplete information.
If you make an error in your delivery address, please notify us as soon as possible. Once we have dropped off your item to the carrier, we are unable to make changes to the delivery address.
Shipping times vary by shipping method, delivery location, weight of the item, and the shipping carrier. Estimated shipping times for each available method and carrier are shown at checkout.
Preordered digital goods will be emailed by BookFunnel on midnight Eastern Time (US & Canada) of the release day listed in the individual product description.
Preordered print goods will be shipped out in accordance with the above policies and in the specified time frame in the individual product descriptions.
DELIVERIES TO COUNTRIES OUTSIDE THE US:
While our business is based in the United States, we currently sell & ship to customers in the US, EU, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Iceland, Norway, Switzerland, Bahrain, Egypt, South Africa, India, and Japan. This includes both physical and digital goods.
For all orders shipped to countries within the European Union (EU) with a total value under 150€ (excluding taxes and delivery), taxes and duties will be paid at checkout. This means that the price you see for the item(s) in your cart is the final price you'll pay, and there will be no additional fees or charges upon delivery.
Orders with a total value above 150€ (excluding taxes and delivery) may have additional fees and charges upon delivery that you will be responsible for.
We make sure to follow all country regulations and guidelines regarding taxes and duties in every country we sell to, and we strive to make the checkout process as easy and transparent as possible.
We are currently working to expand our business to allow for selling & delivery to customers in the UK, Mexico, and South America and expect to have news on that soon. Currently, we are able to sell limited items to the UK, including print books, eBooks, and some third-party merchandise.
